“Once again we call on all international organizations, and primarily the World Health Organization, to influence official Kyiv and take effective measures aimed at preventing the use of medical infrastructure for military purposes,” he said.
Mizintsev stressed that the Ukrainian military place firing positions and heavy weapons in the buildings of kindergartens, schools and medical institutions, such facts were recorded in Kiev, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Sumy, Odessa, Kharkov, Chernihiv regions.
