“Units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and nationalist battalions, disregarding the generally recognized norms of international humanitarian law, purposefully place their firing positions and heavy weapons in buildings and on the territories of kindergartens, educational, municipal and medical institutions,” Mizintsev said.
He clarified that such incidents were recorded in Kiev, Zaporozhye, Dnepropetrovsk, Sumy, Odessa, Kharkiv, Chernihiv regions.
Earlier, Mizintsev said that in Kramatorsk and Zaporozhye, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are equipping positions in schools and a hospital.
