“Starting from March 2, the Russian Federation has already delivered 12,266.9 tons of humanitarian cargo to Ukraine, 840 humanitarian actions have been carried out,” Mizintsev said.
He noted that on April 9, six humanitarian actions were held in the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics, as well as in the Kherson region of Ukraine.
Over the past day, 15,837 people have been evacuated to Russia from the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics and dangerous regions of Ukraine.
