Investigative Committee opened a case on the fact of an attack on Russians during a motor rally in Athens

The case was initiated under Art.

149, art.

116, part 1 of Art.

167 of the Criminal Code of Russia (obstruction of the procession or participation in it; beatings; intentional damage to property).

Investigators are taking measures to establish all the circumstances of the crimes and the persons involved.

On April 4, the chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, instructed to investigate the circumstances of the attack on Russians during a motor rally in support of Russia and the Russian-speaking population in Athens.
