Easter weekend begins, watch out for traffic jams.

This Saturday is classified orange on the roads by Bison Futé.

Many leave the big cities.

Some take advantage of the weather and holidays to go to the beach.

In the North, the Bray-Dunes municipal campsite is full all weekend.

This weekend benefits from a beautiful summer weather, and the little ones benefit from it, like the adults.

The caps are screwed on the head for Samuel, 5 years old, Maxime 5 years old and Gabriel 6 years old.

Head to the beach with their cart filled with buckets, shovels and rakes.

They have planned everything: "We have enough to make sand castles. There, we have a sieve to find the shells".

A single objective: to blow

They are accompanied by grandparents.

Quite busy Easter holidays and weekends, as their grandmother explains.

"We visit, we do dunes. The sea is very pleasant. There are lots of colors, it allows you to get some fresh air and it's good for everyone because in the evening, you can't hear no one left. We don't have time to watch the film to the end, we sleep", she says at the microphone of Europe 1.

Full campsite until Wednesday

At the entrance to this campsite, the phone rings continuously.

Nadine, receptionist, feels this need to get some fresh air.

"It's the post-Covid effect. People must have suffered from having been locked in. We, on our side, no longer look at the weather forecast, we look at the status of reservations. As soon as there is a peak of reservations we know that the weather will be nice."

Moreover, this campsite is full until Wednesday because there is a possible return of the rain.

On the dike, there are many families walking around.

Traders expect to see people.

Jean-Pierre is the owner of the chip shop "Chez Norbert" in Bray-Dunes.

"It's school holidays, plus Easter weekend, it's sunny and the weather is nice. Everything is together to sell fries".
