The journalist said that the SBU is detaining all pro-Russian citizens.

According to Cohen, in the course of the investigation, he obtained testimonies from two men who were tortured at the headquarters of the SBU and in the premises of the sports complex adjacent to it.

“They told me about the cruelest torture, beatings: the prisoners were beaten until they bled in the throat, one of these men was driven with red-hot needles under the nails,” he said.

The journalist was also told that two men from Belarus were tortured to death by Ukrainian special services.

He added that the United Nations and Amnesty International also have data on torture by the SBU.

Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that Ukrainian militants were torturing more than 830 people in the village of Liman, Kramatorsk district, for suspected loyalty to Russia.
