] Ukrainian President Zelensky told CNN that Russia is likely to use nuclear or chemical weapons.

There is no specific information, but given the atrocities of the Russian military, it is likely to be the case.

[Zelensky / Ukrainian President: I think the Russian military can use nuclear or chemical weapons.

Because human life is nothing to them.]

Ever since Russian President Putin ordered to strengthen the vigilance posture of the nuclear weapons-operating units right after the start of the war, there have been concerns that Russia could launch a nuclear attack.

In particular, tensions are rising as the Russian Black Sea Fleet flagship, the Moscow, sank on the 13th.

The Russian military claimed the cause was an explosion of ammunition in the ship, but the Pentagon concluded that it was sunk by a Ukrainian attack.

The Ukrainian military fired two Neptune missiles and sank the Moscow, while the Russians counterattacked the Ukrainian manufacturing plant of the Neptune missile, the Pentagon said.

U.S. intelligence officials analyzed that no nuclear weapons were on board when the Moscow sank.

The Russian Defense Ministry said it would increase missile strikes on the capital, Kiiu, in response to attacks by Ukrainian forces.
