The Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council called on young Emiratis looking for job opportunities that suit their qualifications, specializations and desires, to periodically follow the Nafees platform and continue browsing it and searching for the desired jobs, pointing out that the platform offers new job opportunities on a daily basis, while the Council affirmed that the Emirati cadres can Part-time owners, known as Part Time, benefit from Nafes initiatives, packages and programs that include all activities and areas of work in the private sector.

In detail, the Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council confirmed that the Nafes electronic platform plays a large and vital role in attracting national competencies and talent and opening channels of communication between them and the private sector institutions operating in the country, so that job seekers explore job opportunities they desire in the private sector. This contributes to increasing the participation of citizens as a workforce in this sector.

The council stated, in a series of indicative videos broadcast on its official pages on social media platforms, that "Nafis" is a federal government program that aims to raise the competitive efficiency of national cadres and enable them to fill approximately 75,000 jobs in private sector institutions in the country during the next five years. Noting that the council adopts, for this purpose, a comprehensive approach to facilitate the employment of Emirati nationals in the private sector through the phased implementation of 11 initiatives covering all aspects of the job seeker's employment journey, including the "National Salaries Support Program, Mazaya Program, Bonuses Program for Children of Workers in the Private Sector, Program Temporary support, a subscription program (for retirement), job opportunities, a career guidance program, the development of nursing sector cadres, job targets for citizens in the private sector, an experience program, and finally a competency program.

In the videos that included responses to the most frequently asked questions among the national cadres wishing to benefit from the Nafes initiatives, the council explained that the target group of the initiatives of this program are the citizens who are looking for work and currently working in the private sector, of both sexes and who are aged 18 years. And above, it also targets the private sector establishments in the country, stressing that the Nafes platform offers new job opportunities on a daily basis.

The Council called on the national cadres looking for job opportunities that suit their qualifications, specializations and desires, to follow the platform on a daily basis and to continue searching for the desired jobs. 5. Providing guidance, training and guidance to program participants, to enhance the attractiveness of Emirati cadres to the private sector.
