The first test should be sampled within 48 hours before boarding, and the second test should be sampled within 12 hours before boarding. The two nucleic acid tests should be separated by more than 24 hours, and IgM antibody testing is no longer mandatory.

  (2) Those who have not been vaccinated (including those who have not been vaccinated, those who have not completed the whole course of vaccination, and those who have been vaccinated twice on the same day) should have one nucleic acid test and one test conducted by the testing agency designated by the embassy within 12 hours before boarding. If the above-mentioned two types of personnel are indeed unable to undergo nucleic acid testing within 12 hours before boarding, the sampling time limit will be relaxed to within 24 hours, but a rapid antigen test within 12 hours before boarding must be added at the testing institution designated by the embassy.

Persons with positive antigen test results are not allowed to board the plane to China, and follow-up nucleic acid tests should be carried out as soon as possible.

If the follow-up nucleic acid test result is positive, it will be handled according to the requirements of the infected person; if the follow-up nucleic acid test result is negative, the prevention and control will be carried out according to the requirements of the close contact personnel.

  2. Testing institutions

  The embassy only designates the conference building testing point and VIP testing point in Cotonou City to conduct pre-departure nucleic acid, IgM antibody and antigen testing for those who go to China.

It is recommended to consult in advance the issuance time of each test report, and complete the sampling as soon as possible within the above time limit of the embassy, ​​and obtain the test report.

  3. Apply for an International Travel Health Code

  Chinese and foreign travelers to China should apply for a health code with all the above negative test certificates.

Chinese travelers must apply for the Green International Travel Health Code through the WeChat applet of the "International Version of Epidemic Prevention Health Code", while foreign travelers can log in to the website through a computer or mobile phone and other terminals to apply.

  When applying for a health code, in addition to filling in the personal information truthfully and accurately, the following information must be uploaded as required: Pre-trip COVID-19 test report (nucleic acid/IgM antibody/antigen test), COVID-19 vaccination certificate, COVID-19 vaccination statement, quarantine Closed-loop management certificate or quarantine closed-loop management health statement, valid residence certificate in Beibei, complete air ticket itinerary.

If there is a history of new coronavirus infection or close contact, other materials specified by the embassy should also be uploaded. Those with a history of previous infection do not need to provide the diagnosis issued by the local hospital with the results of lung CT or X-ray when submitting the pre-review application materials. prove.

  In order to ensure the smooth boarding of passengers, the embassy specially reminds applicants to prepare relevant materials in advance, fill in the application materials as soon as possible after obtaining the test report, make sure to check carefully before submitting, and maintain smooth mobile communication.
