The same ordeal was subjected to George W. Bush and the late Ghanaian president

A bird pees on Joe Biden's clothes while talking about vital energy

A bird threw its droppings at US President Joe Biden, during his speech last Tuesday, in Iowa, about inflation and the state of the American economy, and his plans to reduce gas prices, and this poop fell over the image of the American flag installed on his suit.

A video filmed during the speech revealed that the bird protruded over Biden's clothes, when he completed his statement in which he said, "The American rural areas will be the focus of our attention to create a pure American future."

The accident occurred, according to Fox News, inside what Biden jokingly refers to as a "giant barn", the biofuel processing plant of the South Dakota-based Poit Corporation, which specializes in bioethanol production.

A White House official later reportedly clarified that what was believed to be bird excrement was actually "corn" bran, not bird droppings.

However, Twitter users found the opportunity to joke about the president, with one writing, "Even the birds know Biden is full of trouble."

Another said, "A fly hovered over Pence's head, and a bird appeared on Biden's shoulder," referring to a fly that landed on former Vice President Mike Pence's head during his debate with then-Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris.

After pooping on his clothes, President Biden continued his speech for more than 22 minutes.

Later in the afternoon, White House communications director Kate Bedingfield tweeted, "If you don't know the corn silo at all, what fell on the president's suit was corn."

Biden is not the first president to have a bird or an animal need his clothes, as he was preceded by the former US President, George W. Bush, and the late Zambian President, Rupiah Banda.

A bird urinates on George Bush

Bush received an unwelcome gift from a bird flying over his head in the White House Rose Garden, which dumped its feces on the left sleeve of Bush's suit, when on May 25, 2007, he addressed the American press on a nationally televised broadcast.

Alboraz signed Bush's suit when he said, "I have confidence in the Gonzales - then-Attorney General - to do the job," referring to a reporter's question about his controversial firing of several US attorneys general.

Bush tried to remove the bird droppings several times with his hand, but to no avail.

Deputy Press Secretary Dana Perino said that "poo" indicates good luck. "It was the president's lucky day," she said. "Everyone knows that this is a sign of good luck."

Monkey urinating on Zambian president's suit

In a first of its kind, a monkey urinated on the late Zambian President, Rupiah Banda, while speaking to reporters at a press conference in the capital, Lusaka, on June 24, 2008. Panda looked up and shouted at the monkey, "You pee on my jacket." He paused and looked at the animal. He is playing in a tree right above his chair.

“I will serve this monkey roast for lunch to Mr. Sata,” Panda joked, referring to opposition leader Michael Sata, who defeated Panda in last year's election.

Then Rubia added, "Perhaps these are blessings," and continued his speech amid laughter from the audience of journalists and diplomats at the presidential headquarters.
