“Introduce until further notice ... on the territory of the Klimovsky district the mode of operation of the “emergency situation,” the document says.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee reported that two Ukrainian combat helicopters invaded Russian airspace and launched six airstrikes on residential buildings in the Bryansk region.

As a result of direct hits and explosions of shells in Klimov, seven people were injured, including a child.

The governor of the Bryansk region, Alexander Bogomaz, said that about 100 houses were damaged as a result of the shelling of the village of Klimovo.
