The media has power, which tech expert Inge Heydron believes is the reason why Elon Musk now wants to increase his influence on Twitter.

On Thursday, Musk placed a bid that is not anchored with the company's management of $ 54.2 per share, while Wednesday's closing price was $ 45.85.

- I do not think that the management of Twitter is particularly pleased to have Elon Musk as the owner of the company.

But they will look at the offer, the offer makes sense and then you have to look at it, says Heydron, but adds that he thinks they will look for other buyers at the same time.

That Musk has a notification of investment obligation - is that something that will affect him?

- I think he did it on purpose, that he sold shares and did not flag.

Everything from when he would buy up his brother's solar panel company to when he would buy up Tesla privately, and so on.

He likes to quarrel with the SEC (the US Financial Supervisory Authority).

This is just another step in it, says Inge Hydron and continues:

- He can get a penalty and several investors have also considered suing him.

But it is small money in the context and will not stop the deal.

"He has money - but not cash"

Elon Musk has previously been out and criticized Twitter - something Heydron finds astonishing.

- He was out complaining on Twitter and slammed the company just weeks before he started buying shares and one of the complaints even occurred during his acquisition of shares - it is also amazing.

- In recent days, he has even sent out what changes he thinks they should make.

So his own little agenda.

Elon Musk is one of the richest in the world and has a seemingly untouched attitude towards both investors and the SEC, is there anything that can stop him?

- He is one of the richest in the world, but, he has not sold so many Tesla shares.

He has money, but not very much cash, but he has most of it in shares.

It is the ups and downs of the Tesla share that determine his wealth, states Inge Heydron.
