The facts date back to March 24.
A young girl attending the Jean-Baptiste-Pellerin college in Beauvais (Oise) filed a complaint against a classmate who allegedly sexually assaulted her in the middle of the day, reports

In the middle of the course, the young girl would have been touched at the level of the thighs and the buttocks.
She protested to the teacher, who separated the two college students.
At the end of the day, the victim immediately went to the police station to file a complaint against the teenager.
An ongoing investigation
The suspect was suspended for two days by the college.
The rectorate, which was informed but did not wish to comment on the case, simply judged that the school had reacted well.
A judicial inquiry into the facts was launched after the complaint was filed and a report was made to the Beauvais prosecutor's office.
In the meantime, the victim's parents plan to make her change college during the year.
