Zakharova noted that the OSCE SMM has been working for eight years, using various technical means, including UAVs and cameras to monitor the ceasefire.

According to her, the OSCE leadership has repeatedly assured the Russian side that the mission does not transmit any operational information to Kiev.

“On March 7, all international personnel of the OSCE SMM were withdrawn from Ukraine, the LPR and the DPR.

Monitoring activity has actually ceased.

On March 31, the mandate of the mission also expired, and this simply excludes the continuation of its work, including the use of technical means, ”Zakharova noted.

The representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs added that “in whose hands is it now and how is the equipment not yet taken out is a question.”

“This equipment, let me remind you, is of the Special Monitoring Mission, it is no longer in operation, its mandate has expired, no one has officially extended it.

So where is the equipment?

Where was he taken or to whom was he given?

she said.

Zakharova stressed that if the information about the use of OSCE SMM surveillance equipment to adjust the fire of artillery of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is confirmed, then this will completely discredit both the mission and the leadership of the OSCE Secretariat - "all those who covered it all up."

Earlier, DPR Foreign Minister Natalya Nikonorova said that the OSCE mission should stop its activities on the territory of the DPR until April 30.
