- When I see what the money has been spent on, I do not understand anything, says midwife Camilla Segerlind.
She worked for a long time at the birth in Malmö, but in November she had enough and resigned.

She believes that the efforts listed in the region's report to Sweden's municipalities and regions (SKR) largely correspond to the wishes of the midwives, but that they are not noticed.
- The business should flourish and work just fine.

Region Skåne's director of health and medical care Pia Lundbom does not share the view that the money has not made any difference.
- I can not assume that they experience it that way or that they see it that way, but when I start from what I see in quality improvements or results or structure of business, I see that the money has actually made a difference, she says.
