“A criminal case has been initiated against the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Valentin Nalyvaichenko.

He is suspected of committing a crime ... inciting hatred against a social group of military personnel, committed in public, accompanied by threats of violence, ”the statement from the department follows.

Earlier, Nalivaichenko, on the air of the Apostrophe TV channel, revealed Kyiv's plans for the physical liquidation of the Russian military who participated in the special operation in Ukraine after the end of hostilities.

The Investigative Committee of Russia established that the relevant statements contain signs of inciting hostility towards Russian servicemen and are directed against the interests of the Russian Federation.

Last week, the head of the Investigative Committee, Oleksandr Bastrykin, also instructed to initiate a criminal case against the deputy director of the Book Chamber of Ukraine for research, Galina Hutsol, who called for the mutilation of captured Russian soldiers and causing grievous harm to their health.
