It is noted that, according to the law enforcement agencies of Belarus, "Ukrainian law enforcement agencies were preparing to strike at the regions of Russia that have common borders with Ukraine."

Bastrykin instructed the investigators, in cooperation with colleagues from the Investigative Committee of Belarus, "to give a legal assessment of this fact, to identify all the persons involved in this in order to resolve the issue of bringing them to criminal responsibility."

Earlier it was reported that the Investigative Committee of Russia will conduct investigative actions with the military Ukrainian troops who surrendered in Mariupol.
