“In the near future, a law should be adopted that will allow citizens and companies of Belarus to work on the territory of the closed administrative-territorial formation of Tsiolkovsky in the Amur Region,” he said at a press conference following talks with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.

Putin also admitted that the flight of the Belarusian cosmonaut could take place in 2023.
