The head of the Russian diplomatic mission, Andrei Nesterenko, was previously notified by the Foreign Ministry of the decision to expel 24 embassy employees, including 18 diplomats.

“Bored EU postulates were voiced as the reason: “military aggression against Ukraine”, “war crimes”, “violation of territorial integrity”.

Employees are ordered to leave the country by April 25,” follows from the text of the statement of the Russian Embassy.

According to Nesterenko, the corresponding decision is a step backwards in relations between the countries.

Earlier it was reported that Croatia is demanding the expulsion of 18 diplomats and six administrative staff of the Russian embassy.

The Russian Foreign Ministry promised to give an appropriate response to the expulsion of diplomats.
