Russia's Investigative Committee opened a case against the commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for shelling the DPR

The department noted that the Ukrainian military continues to shell the territory of the DPR.

“A criminal case has been initiated against the commander of the rocket artillery division of the 54th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleg Anatolyevich Filipovich and other unidentified servicemen of the rocket artillery division of the 54th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” the text says.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee of Russia opened new criminal cases on the facts of massive shelling of settlements in the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics.
