- We have decided to take care of all refugees who come from Ukraine, partly those who have applied under the Mass Refugee Directive, but also those who are here as "tourists", says Eva Borin, emergency doctor at the health and medical care administration in Region Gotland.

By tourists in this case is meant the Ukrainians who have not yet been registered as refugees.

But on Gotland, they will also have access to what is called "care that can not be afforded".

In Östergötland, those who are not registered as refugees must pay the cost of care that applies to non-EU citizens.

Hear more about what care it is about in the clip above.
