Investigation opened after a man was hit by gunfire in Montpellier

An investigation was opened, with the police officers of the Hérault Departmental Security, after the shootings which occurred on Sunday, route de Lavérune, in the Croix-d'Argent district, in Montpellier (Hérault), learned

from the prosecution .

A 30-year-old man sustained leg injuries while riding in a vehicle.

He was taken to the hospital by paramedics for treatment.

For the time being, nothing is known of the circumstances of these shootings.

Investigations are continuing to try to understand why this man was targeted on Sunday.
