In Russia, exercises to combat fires and floods will be held

“From April 12 to April 14, all-Russian command and staff exercises are being held on the territory of Russia to eliminate natural fires and provide anti-flood measures,” said a representative of the RIA Novosti department.

He added that the start of the exercises was given by the acting head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry Alexander Chupriyan.

Command-staff exercises will be held in three stages in all regions of the country.

Earlier it was reported that a fire regime will be introduced in the Samara region from April 15.
