Lavrov: Russia's operation in Ukraine aims to end America's hegemony over the world
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Monday that Russia's special military operation in Ukraine aims to put an end to the United States' path to world domination.
"Our special military operation aims to put an end to the expansion and the reckless approach of the complete dominance of the United States over the world and its Western subordinate countries in international forums," Lavrov said on Russia 24 channel.
The Russian Foreign Minister stressed that his country will never submit to the West, adding: "Russia, with its history and customs, is one of those countries that will not occupy a position of dependency."
"We can only be one of the members of the international community on equal terms of indivisible security," he said.
