“At 10:25 p.m., demonstrators broke a bus shelter and threw projectiles at the windows during the counting, tells France 3 Rhône-Alpes Yasmine Bouagga, EELV mayor of the 1st arrondissement of Lyon.

They entered a room adjacent to that of the counting and the assessors took them out to allow the smooth running of the counting operations.

»

The mayor of Lyon Grégory Doucet returned to these facts on Monday morning in a tweet: “I deplore an incident in the town hall of the 1st which fortunately did not disturb the results but which remains inadmissible in view of the damage observed.

Brutal individuals from a current hostile to voting and representative democracy burst in after the count.

These inadmissible actions will not remain without follow-up.
