President Zelensky, who will deliver a video speech hosted by the National Assembly Foreign Affairs and Unification Committee, is scheduled to condemn Russia's aggression today and appeal to the international community for support.
President Zelensky delivered 23 video speeches last month, starting with the United States, Japan, Germany, Israel and the Australian Parliament.
