Further adjustments, the relevant requirements will be officially implemented from April 16, 2022.

  1. Isolation Requirements

  (1) All passengers must be quarantined 7 days before boarding, do a good job of health monitoring, fill in the "Self Health Status Monitoring Form" truthfully, and upload it when applying for the health code.

If symptoms occur during the isolation observation period, the arrangement for returning to China should be suspended immediately, and the close contact personnel should do the same.

  (2) Personnel of Chinese-funded enterprise projects in the Philippines (including central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, and private enterprises) must start home isolation 21 days in advance, and conduct health monitoring. The company you work for issues the "Isolation Management Commitment".

  2. Testing requirements

  (1) Persons with no previous infection history and who have been vaccinated against the new coronary pneumonia for more than 14 days according to the procedures

  1. Three nucleic acid tests and one antigen test must be carried out before boarding, and the results must be negative.

The first nucleic acid test was carried out on the 7th day before boarding, and if the test result was negative, isolation and health monitoring began.

The second and third nucleic acid tests should be carried out within 48 hours and 24 hours before boarding, respectively. The two tests should be carried out at different testing institutions designated by the embassy.

Within 12 hours before boarding, an antigen test must be carried out at the testing agency designated by the flight company, and the relevant test report does not need to be uploaded to the Health Code applet.

Airlines will check in with the green health code and the negative result of the pre-boarding antigen test.

  2. Health code declaration requirements: 3 nucleic acid test reports before boarding, "Vaccination Certificate", "New Crown Vaccination Statement", "Self Health Status Monitoring Form", my valid passport/travel document information page, and the whole flight ticket ( Itinerary); Chinese-funded enterprise project personnel must upload the "Isolation Management Commitment".

  (2) Persons who have not been vaccinated against COVID-19

  1. Two nucleic acid tests, one serum antibody IgM test and one antigen test must be carried out before boarding, and the results must be negative.

The first nucleic acid test was carried out on the 7th day before boarding, and if the test result was negative, home isolation and health monitoring began.

The second nucleic acid test is carried out within 24 hours before boarding, and the serum IgM antibody test is carried out at the same time.

Within 12 hours before boarding, an antigen test must be carried out at the testing agency designated by the flight company, and the relevant test results do not need to be uploaded to the health code applet.

Airlines will check in with the green health code and the negative result of the pre-boarding antigen test.

  2. Health code declaration requirements: 2 nucleic acid tests and 1 serum antibody IgM test report, "Self Health Status Monitoring Form", personal valid passport/travel document information page, full air ticket (itinerary); Chinese-funded enterprise project personnel The "Isolation Management Commitment Letter" must be uploaded.

  (3) Persons who have been in contact with confirmed cases or asymptomatic patients

  Those who have been in contact with confirmed cases or asymptomatic infections without effective protection must be quarantined and observed for at least 14 days before arranging travel to China.

After meeting the conditions, apply for a health code according to the corresponding requirements of the above (1) and (2) personnel, and truthfully explain their contact history.

  (4) Persons with a history of infection

  Persons with a history of infection (who have been diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia, or who have not been diagnosed but are positive for any of the nucleic acid test, serum antibody IgM, and IgG test results before vaccination) can apply for a health code after 6 weeks of recovery:

  1. After 6 weeks of recovery, the applicant must send the 4 negative nucleic acid test certificates and the information page of his passport/travel document issued by the embassy-designated testing agency by email to the embassy's pre-review mailbox (chinaembassy_ph@163.com), the embassy Staff will review.

The subject of the email should be marked as "my name + passport/travel document number + application for confirmation of recovery".

  Specific requirements: recovery certification.

Waiting for the nucleic acid to turn negative: You must go to the testing agency designated by the embassy for the first and second nucleic acid testing (two tests should be separated by more than 24 hours, and cross-tested by different testing agencies) and obtain 2 negative reports.

After obtaining the above 2 negative nucleic acid reports, the recovery process is deemed to be completed.

After the completion of the recovery process, starting from the date of the second nucleic acid test report, at least 6 weeks have passed and the applicant is in good health. Cross-testing by different testing institutions), and obtained the third and fourth nucleic acid negative reports.

  2. After completing the above requirements, the applicant can submit the pre-examination to the embassy by email, and only after receiving the embassy's email reply "passing the confirmation of recovery audit" can start isolation, health monitoring, and pre-trip testing, and follow the above (1) . The corresponding materials in (2) are required to apply for a health code.

  3. If the applicant is a project employee of a Chinese-funded enterprise in the Philippines, after 6 weeks of recovery, the applicant should submit it and pass the pre-examination by the embassy, ​​and then perform 21-day closed-loop management, health monitoring, and pre-departure testing, and follow the above (1) and (2) The corresponding material requirements Apply for a health code.

  3. For foreign citizens going to China, foreign citizens going to China to apply for a declaration of health status shall refer to this notice.

  This notice is required to be officially implemented from April 16, 2022. Passengers who take flights after the above date should pay attention to abide by the above regulations.

In the event of any inconsistency between the previously published regulations and this notice, this notice shall prevail.
