[Explanation] In recent years, in the light meal replacement track that is popular among office workers, chicken breast has become the ideal "first meat" for healthy diet consumers due to its low fat calorie, high protein content, and moderate price.

A wide variety of chicken breast products have also emerged in the Chinese market.

Under the trend of consumption upgrading, these ready-to-eat foods, which are the main "health brand", ushered in the fission of consumption scenarios, and the consumption fever continued to rise.

Recently, the reporter saw in many convenience stores on the streets of Chengdu that they chose to put chicken breast-related food in a conspicuous position in the refrigerator, and many light food restaurants also used fast-food chicken breast as the main product.

Liu Shiwen, the manager of a light food restaurant near Chengdu Century City Metro Station, said that when choosing a meal, everyone is most worried about whether the food is really low-fat and low-calorie, so they will label each protein with calories, while the store has low-calorie food. The Kimchi Chicken Breast is a popular choice for lunch among office workers nearby.

Now this trend has become popular. Everyone wants a more balanced diet. Every time we develop a new dish, we will start to test the fat and protein content of a standard meal.

When we confirm that it is the one with less oil, less salt and less fat, we will recommend it to customers to try it first.

[Explanation] On the online e-commerce platform, in addition to emerging health brands such as Shark Fit and Mint Health, which have launched various portable, room-temperature chicken breast foods, some traditional and old chicken production companies and ham sausage companies also embrace the trend of healthy catering and accelerate the layout of chicken breasts meat track.

As the chicken breast industry has stepped into the fast lane, the food safety, OEM processing and product homogeneity issues of ready-to-eat chicken breast have also attracted attention.

Wang Jiajing, a citizen who is dining at a light food restaurant, said that she usually likes to exercise after get off work. In her opinion, although chicken breast is a good source of protein, some ready-to-eat chicken breast products have too many additives, so she chooses She will pay more attention to the ingredient ratio of the product.

I think (in selection) first of all, it depends on the ratio of ingredients, that is, some of them have high sodium content, especially that kind of instant chicken breast, which is actually not conducive to your diet adjustment.

Because if the sodium content is high, you will consume a lot of salt, which is actually not good for your water accumulation here, and you need a lot of water to metabolize it.

[Explanation] It is understood that China is the second largest chicken producer in the world.

Li Yun, a professor at the Department of Nutrition and Food Hygiene, West China School of Public Health, Sichuan University, and an expert in the review of health-related products (new food raw materials) of the National Health Commission of China, said in a telephone interview with a reporter from China News Agency that at present, chicken breasts are removed from the kitchen. The transformation of traditional food ingredients into fashionable and functional products on the shelves of convenience stores reflects that Chinese consumers' consumption patterns are changing towards a healthy, light, fast, and scene-based direction.

But in his view, no single food can meet the needs of human health. From the perspective of nutrition, the combination of multiple foods is healthy.

It cannot be said that a certain thing can be eaten in large quantities, so it must be combined with the quantity, because each thing has its own characteristics, and too much (eating) will bring about problems of one kind or another.

We consumers have to learn to choose, that is, we often look at the relevant labels, look at its formula, etc. to identify some, to identify some high-quality, good (products).

(Secondly) our supervision department (to see) whether these OEMs meet the production conditions and whether they meet the requirements, this is a question of our usual daily supervision.

In the second step, the regulatory authorities should conduct random inspections on these products to see if they meet the relevant standards.
