Pakistani parliament votes to no confidence in Imran Khan
Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan was sacked after losing a parliamentary vote of no-confidence after a weeks-long political crisis.
Acting National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said 174 deputies voted in favor of no-confidence and "therefore, the no-confidence has been taken."
Pakistani Parliament Speaker Asad Qaiser announced his resignation minutes before the vote of no-confidence against Prime Minister Imran Khan.
