The man in the sights of these activists is called Azatbek Omurbekov.

Within hours, he became enemy number one in Ukraine.

According to the information of this Ukrainian group, "the butcher of Boutcha" is the leader of the Russian battalion which occupied the city and its surroundings.

He is suspected of having orchestrated the rapes, looting and massacre of hundreds of civilians.

The officer would be at the head of 1,600 men

The officer, a lieutenant-colonel in his forties, had already raged in the country in 2014, where he had been reported at the time in Crimea and Donbass.

The Russian government recently decorated him for outstanding service.

Before leaving for this operation, he even received the blessing of the Orthodox Church.

He would be at the head of 1,600 men who retreated to Russia a few days ago, leaving the kyiv region in chaos.

It was an investigation by the group nicknamed "Inform Napalm", helped by hackers, which made it possible to identify him.

His photo has been put online, as well as his postal address, his email address and his telephone number.

This is still an interim investigation, and nothing has been confirmed at this time.
