Staff at the culture house Fregatten sounded the alarm on Thursday afternoon about a suspicious object on the premises.
Police were called and could not rule out on the spot that the object was dangerous.
Therefore, the culture house and an area around the building have been cordoned off.
The national bomb squad is on its way to investigate the object.
