China News Service, Beijing, April 7 (Reporter Liang Xiaohui) Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian hosted a regular press conference on the 7th.

A reporter asked: According to the investigation results of an agency, it is suspected that hackers supported by China attacked the power supply facilities in India. What is China's response to this?

Zhao Lijian: We have noticed relevant reports. We have reiterated many times that China firmly opposes and cracks down on any form of hacking attacks in accordance with the law, and will not encourage, support or condone any hacking attacks.

Cyberspace is highly virtual, it is difficult to trace the source, and there are various actors. When investigating and characterizing cyber incidents, there should be complete and sufficient evidence, and it is even more cautious to associate relevant cyber attacks with a country’s government.

As we all know, the United States is the world's largest source of cyber attacks and a hacker empire.

I would like to advise the relevant companies you just mentioned, if they really care about global cyber security, they should pay more attention to the cyber attacks by hackers of the US government on China and other countries, and do more things that are conducive to promoting dialogue and cooperation among countries, instead of Using the issue of cyber attacks to sow discord and throw dirty water on China.
