The man, whose identity has remained anonymous, performed his

on Tuesday through the streets of Moscow.
He was wearing a brown jacket and a black hooded sweatshirt and reproduced viral photos purporting to attest
to
Russia 's
war
crimes in
Ukraine
.
The protest, called
Bucha-Moscow
according to the Russian news website
Holod Media
, came just before Ukrainian President
Volodimir Zelensky
's address to the
UN Security Council
, where he denounced "genocide."
