Continued optimism in the housing market in Jönköping: "I think it will be more stable"

In the last 12 months, the prices of condominiums have increased by 15.2 percent in Jönköping County.

House prices have increased by 11.2 percent during the same period.

The comparative figure for the country is 11.5 percent.

Eveline Ottosson, real estate agent at Fastighetsbyrån in Jönköping, says that at the beginning of the pandemic, she and her colleagues thought it would be difficult to sell homes, but it turned out to be just the opposite and the best years in many years.

When it comes to the future, she is optimistic.

- I think we will see a more stable market, she says.
