The plane was unable to land as planned.

The pilots found that the aircraft no longer responded to commands while it was in its descent approach phase at just under 400 meters altitude.

The fright resulted in a moment of extreme tension between the cockpit and the control tower.

Despite everything, the crew was able to quickly regain control, so much so that some passengers didn't even really notice the maneuver.

It is difficult for the moment to understand precisely what happened. 

The BEA has opened an investigation

The guidance system on the airport is not a priori called into question since other planes which used it before and after, if indeed we were with this guidance system.

So today there is really a big question about what could have happened.
