The first French donut championship ended with the unsurprising victory of Niagalé Diallo on March 31 at the Sandwich & Snack Show in Paris.

This self-taught 24-year-old made herself known by opening, last year, in Pontoise (Val-d'Oise) the first French shop specializing in these American donuts, says

With Home Donuts, Niagalé Diallo, originally from Cergy (Val-d'Oise), was able to build up a valuable clientele and develop his technique.

After being inspired by a recipe found on the Internet, she imagined her own creations and offered Donuts that were both light and surprising.
