Tuesday's weather: cloudy and humid on a northern half, sunny in the south

The weather will be gloomy on Tuesday in the northern 2/3 of the country, with light rain or drizzle at times, according to Météo-France forecasts.

Visibility will sometimes be poor with mists or fog banks in the morning over Brittany, Pays de la Loire and Normandy.

On the southern 1/3 of France, after a very sunny morning, cloudy periods will arrive on the South-West, while the sun will dominate on the Mediterranean rim from morning to evening.

Frosts still frequent in the southern third of the country

In the afternoon, timid clearings will still develop in the North-West while overcast and rainy weather will extend from the north of Aquitaine and Poitou to the Grand-Est and Bourgogne Franche-Comté. .

At the end of the day, a south-westerly wind will rise on the coast of Nord-Pas-de-Calais with peaks at 70 km / h.

Frosts will still be frequent in the southern 1/3 of the country with -4 to 0 degrees except near the Mediterranean and the Atlantic.

On the other hand, on the northern half, the minimums will be positive and will range from 3 to 8 degrees.

The maximum will range from 7 to 12 degrees from the North-East to the Massif Central, from 12 to 16 degrees elsewhere, up to 14 to 18 on the Mediterranean rim and in Corsica.
