The facts occurred this Saturday around 2:30 a.m.

The police were called to intervene in an apartment where a party was being held and where a violent argument had just broken out.

The agents wanted to arrest one of the guests but the latter did not let it go.

Soon judged in immediate appearance

The man, whose blood alcohol level reached 2 g at the time, struggled, insulting and being violent towards the police.

The latter therefore used their electric pulse weapon on several occasions to "neutralize" him, according to

Already known to the authorities for similar facts, the forty-year-old was placed in police custody.

He was brought this Sunday before the Quimper prosecutor and will be tried in immediate appearance on Tuesday.

He has been remanded in custody until then.
