Leaders such as the Democratic Party Emergency Response Committee will visit Busan today (4th) to hold a meeting and discuss local issues.

At today's meeting, the leadership is expected to address regional issues that were promised during the last presidential election.



Hosting the 2030 Busan World Expo and creating a mega city in Seoul will be discussed.



It shows interest in local issues and is interpreted as a move to capture the public sentiment of the city of Seoul, which is considered one of the winning spots for the upcoming June 1 local elections.



In the afternoon, the leadership will visit Bonghama Village in Gimhae, Gyeongsangnam-do, and pay a visit to the tomb of the late former President Roh Moo-hyun and prevent Ms. Kwon Yang-suk.
