Hannaskolan is a free school and it is located next to the City Church in Örebro.
When refugees began arriving at the church a few weeks ago, principal Mia Vallin felt she wanted to help.
She then contacted Örebro municipality to offer a school place for a number of students.
At Citykyrkan, Mia also met a teacher from Ukraine who lived in Sweden for three years.
She wondered if she could help in any way and when she told me that she was a teacher, Mia immediately snapped.
- Now she works with us three mornings a week as an interpreter.
She helps students understand the language and us to plan the work based on their circumstances.
For the students Artur, Yeva and Kate, it has been a change to suddenly have to change schools.
