Last year, the opposition and opposition parties reached an agreement on the handling of the Special Prosecution Act for the investigation of the sexual assault and death of Air Force Sgt. Lee Ye-ram.

The Democratic Party and the People's Power floor leadership announced on the 4th that they would propose the special prosecutor's bill related to this sergeant case at the National Assembly Judiciary Committee tomorrow (4th) and deal with it by agreement.

If the special prosecution bill passes the Judiciary Committee and the plenary session the next day tomorrow, it is expected that the investigation of the truth through the special prosecutor will accelerate.

In the meantime, the family of the sergeant has been demanding the introduction of a special prosecutor, saying that the Ministry of National Defense conducted an inadequate investigation.
