In order to maintain the health and safety of passengers going to China and reduce the risk of cross-infection during international travel, the requirements for the application of the embassy health code are now updated. Passengers who take flights to China after April 8, 2022 should follow the rules.

 1. Requirements for the number of transfers

  In order to reduce the risk of cross-infection through multi-country transfers, please make sure that those who travel to China from Dominica must only transfer to China for the second time.

If there are more than two transfers, the embassy will not issue the health code.

2. Pre-trip inspection requirements

  (1) Those who have been vaccinated with inactivated vaccines must provide a negative certificate of "double nucleic acid" test, that is, a nucleic acid test within 48 hours and 24 hours before boarding, and apply for a health code with two negative test reports. .

  (2) Those who have been vaccinated with non-inactivated vaccines and those who have not been vaccinated must provide a "nucleic acid + serum IgM antibody" test, that is, a nucleic acid test within 24 hours before boarding, and once within 48 hours before boarding Serum IgM antibody test, apply for a health code with two negative test reports.

  (3) Those who have been diagnosed with new coronary pneumonia or have not been diagnosed, but the results of nucleic acid test, IgM, and IgG antibody test are positive (except for those who have a positive antibody test due to vaccination), they are considered to have a history of infection, and can follow The following procedures are used to apply for a health code:

  1. Confirmation of recovery (pre-screening): Passengers need to submit to the embassy the relevant recovery certificate issued by the local medical institution after the person is diagnosed or tested positive, as well as two negative nucleic acid test certificates (sampling time interval of more than 24 hours, and the two tests should be completed within 3 days prior to submission for pre-trial).

Relevant materials and the information page of my passport should be submitted to the embassy's consular mailbox (consulate_dm@mfa.gov.cn).

  2. Pre-departure isolation: After passing the pre-qualification, passengers should undergo 14-day closed-loop isolation and self-health monitoring from the same day.

If symptoms such as fever, cough, and diarrhea occur during isolation, nucleic acid testing should be carried out in time.

If the result is negative, the 14-day closed-loop isolation will be restarted.

If the result is positive, they should receive treatment as soon as possible, and restart the process from the pre-trial link after recovery.

  3. Pre-departure testing: If there is no abnormality during the pre-departure isolation stage, you can conduct a test and apply for a health code according to the requirements of ordinary passengers.

If the nucleic acid test is still positive, the process needs to be restarted from the pre-trial stage; if the antibody test is still positive, the process needs to be restarted from the pre-trip isolation stage.

 3. Requirements for uploading materials

  (1) Negative nucleic acid test certificate

  (4) Full flight ticket itinerary

  (5) Valid residence certificate (such as visa, residence permit, etc.)

  (6) Isolation management certificate (personnel of Chinese-funded enterprises)

4. Other important reminders

  (1) Those who intend to travel to China by flight should read this notice carefully and abide by it.

  (2) Please plan the itinerary reasonably according to the requirements.

If the selected itinerary does not meet the transfer requirements, the embassy will not issue a health code.

  (3) Chinese-funded enterprises are requested to conduct closed-loop management of personnel going to China for 21 days before their departure, and other personnel should be closed-loop quarantined for at least 7 days before departure.

  (4) In order to ensure that the last nucleic acid test is completed within 24 hours, those going to China should try their best to choose a flight that takes off in the morning, and conduct the test as early as the morning before the departure. At the same time, pay attention to the reservation and test, and the remarks and the face-to-face notification must be made on the same day. Get test results.

  (5) Please carefully understand in advance the entry regulations of the country to be transited, the nucleic acid and serum IgM antibody testing requirements of the transit location, and avoid situations such as being unable to enter the country for testing or not being issued a health code at the transit location, which may result in flight obstruction, detention, and other consequences.

  (6) Please be sure to fill in the relevant information truthfully, accurately and completely.

If it is not true, the embassy will refuse to issue the health code, and the applicant will be responsible for the loss caused.

  (7) Please apply for the health code in time as required, and the embassy will review the relevant applications on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
