  In Shanghai, Zhuge Yujie, who turned 51 in May this year, recently took up the post of Deputy Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee.   At the end of March, Cao Lijun, who previously served as the vice governor of Sichuan Province and secretary of the Mianyang Municipal Party Committee, became a member of the Standing Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee.
