We ask Federal Minister of Justice Marco Buschmann whether the debt brake is still of any value in view of the large number of crises, whether the planned "community of responsibility" of the traffic light will be included in the constitution and when the FDP wants to abolish the Basic Law with the creation of a European federal state.

With Roman Poseck, President of the Hessian State Court of Justice, we take a look at the concept of "special assets".

Udo Di Fabio, former federal constitutional judge, is with us on the question of whether freedom is being lost with all the planned constitutional changes and why not changing the Basic Law is more of a gain for the legal system.

In addition, we are dealing with the possible return to conscription in Germany - this demand has been raised by very different politicians since the beginning of the Ukraine war.

But would it be constitutionally enforceable at all?
