Cornelia Fiechtl, a health psychologist specializing in eating behavior and body awareness, has good news for most of us: it is perfectly normal to eat when you are not hungry.

Nevertheless, she recommends not regulating your own stress level through food, as some of us did during the pandemic.

It is better to take time for balance and relaxation.
