Health
If elected, the PS candidate will put an end to the "hospital-company" and the accounting control of health expenditure.
She wants to train up to 15,000 new doctors a year, as well as 1,250 midwives and 25,000 nurses and nursing assistants.

Anne Hidalgo wants to set up a minimum youth for young people over the age of 18 subject to means and provide each new adult with a capital of 5,000 euros.

If elected, the socialist candidate wants to create a solidarity tax on climate and biodiversity wealth and include in the Constitution the obligation to fight against global warming.
She also wants recognition of the crime of ecocide.
Public aid will be granted to companies based on social and environmental criteria and the objective of 100% renewable energy will be pursued.
The phase-out of nuclear power will not, however, be rushed.
