In Mats Johansson's garden is the shelter which has room for 50 people.

He received a government grant in 1997 to build the shelter.

It was inspected and approved no later than the summer of 2019, and from the time the emergency alarm goes off, he has 48 hours to ensure that it is ready and ready.

- Right now I have used it as a workshop, but I have good neighbors who can help me if it becomes relevant, says Mats Johansson.

May not deny any access

The idea is that the shelter should provide space for those who live near the home, but should other people come there, the owner may not be denied access.

- I can not tell anyone that "you can not come in because you do not live here".

Anyone has the right to enter a shelter.

Worries extra a lot

Due to the security situation in the world, Mats Johansson is particularly worried considering that he is responsible for a shelter.

- Like many others, I worry, especially since I have a shelter that I have to get ready, he says.
