The 31st meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th Provincial People's Congress was held

　　It was decided that the eighth session of the Thirteenth People's Congress of Qinghai Province would be held in Xining in mid-April

　　Decided to appoint Wu Xiaojun as Deputy Governor and Acting Governor of Qinghai Provincial People's Government

　　On March 31, the 31st meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th Provincial People's Congress was held in Xining.

A total of 54 people attended the meeting, including Li Jiexiang, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, Yu Congle, Wang Liming, Ma Wei, Nima Zhuoma, Niao Chengyun, Wu Haikun, Liu Tongde, Zhang Huangyuan, Secretary-General Jia Yingzhong and members of the Standing Committee, which met the quorum.

Li Jiexiang presided over the first plenary meeting and the closing meeting.

　　The meeting listened to an explanation by Qu Bai, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, head of the Organization Department, and secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, on the personnel matters submitted to this meeting.

The proposed candidate will make a pre-appointment statement.

　　The meeting conveyed and learned the spirit of the important speech made by Xin Changxing, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, when investigating the work of the Provincial People's Congress.

　　After deliberation and voting at the meeting, it was decided that the eighth meeting of the 13th Qinghai Provincial People's Congress will be held in Xining in mid-April 2022.

　　The meeting passed the agenda (draft) of the 8th session of the 13th Qinghai Provincial People's Congress, and the list of the presidium and secretary-general (draft) of the 8th session of the 13th Qinghai Provincial People's Congress.

The meeting decided on the list of attendees for the Eighth Session of the Thirteenth People's Congress of Qinghai Province.

　　The meeting decided to accept Xin Changxing's request to resign as the governor of the Qinghai Provincial People's Government.

It was decided to appoint Wu Xiaojun as the deputy governor of the Qinghai Provincial People's Government, and Wu Xiaojun to be the acting governor of the Qinghai Provincial People's Government.

　　The meeting held a constitutional swearing-in ceremony.

　　Wang Weidong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Governor, Zhang Zejun, Head of the Provincial Supervision Commission, President of the Provincial Higher People's Court, and Zha Qingjiu, Chief Procurator of the Provincial People's Procuratorate, attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
