Moscow announces a ceasefire in Mariupol on Thursday from 10 a.m. (9 a.m. Paris time) to evacuate civilians via a humanitarian corridor to the Ukrainian city of Zaporozhye, and proposes that it be supervised by representatives of the High Commission UN Refugee Agency and the International Committee of the Red Cross.
