Patients are also affected by increased insecurity when staff are fragmented and stressed.
- I can confirm that we have a very tough situation some days when we have 200 applicants in the emergency room.
We must solve it within the framework we have been assigned, he says.
How do you see the concern that patients may be affected?
- Well, when you have high pressure and work under pressure, patient safety can be affected.
